In mainland England, Scotland & Wales shipping is free. For shipping to all other areas and countries including Northern & Southern Ireland there will be an additional charge. Please feel free to contact us in advance to find out the charge for shipping. Please provide us with the details of the product you want to order and your full delivery address along with an email address. We will send you an amended invoice via paypal.

Shipping Policies

• We ship within 1 business day (most of the times it is the same day if order is placed by 1pm on a business day(Mon to Fri) after receipt of the payment.
• Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition.
• Each package comes with a tracking number for our courier.
• In case there is a delay from us we will notify you through e-mail; we shall not accept liability for late delivery by the carrier.
• All custom duties and taxes applicable within a foreign territory shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Claims for shortages or damages will only be accepted if we are notified by e-mail within 48 hours from the receipt of the goods. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect then please return it within 2 days in its original packaging, accompanied by an explanation.
• Invoices are sent with each order.
• A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
